Improve your ability to explore the range of concerns and interests in respectful and non-threatening way, and increase your knowledge of the resources and supports available to employers for resolving workplace conflicts.
By the end of this workshop employers will:
- Recognize the value of dealing with workplace conflict promptly and constructively
- Gain an understanding of the six steps of the issue-based problem solving method
- Identify the benefits of exploring concerns and interests in respectful and non-threatening ways
- Know what resources and supports are available to employers for resolving workplace conflicts.
