This Committee was formed as a sub-committee of the Executive Committee to consider issues pertaining to the governance structure of the Partnership, finance considerations including the annual budget and 3 year financial cycle of funding and finally, to discuss personnel issues relating to the staff members of the CRP. This smaller committee that consists of a mixture of elected and key municipal staff members as well as the Executive Director of the Partnership debates issues and makes recommendations to the Executive Committee for adoption.
