This project will develop a cost-effective regional water/wastewater servicing master plan for the region that addresses the economic, environmental and community development goals of The Region.

Activities include: short and long-term population data and growth projections, assessment of current water/wastewater infrastructure and expansion capability, compared growth projections and the available infrastructure to the ultimate water supply and wastewater assimilative capacity of the regional watershed, developed water/wastewater servicing alternatives solutions, evaluating alternatives on the basis of economic, environmental, and social criteria including discussions of governance and full financial cost.
