Workplace Conflict Strategies

Learn how to use the six-step issue-based problem-solving method to respond to workplace conflicts promptly and constructively. Improve your ability to explore the range of concerns and interests in respectful and non-threatening way, and increase your knowledge of the resources and supports available to employers for resolving workplace conflicts.

 

By the end of this workshop employers will:

  1. Recognize the value of dealing with workplace conflict promptly and constructively.
  2. Gain an understanding of the six steps of the issue-based problem solving method.
  3. Identify the benefits of exploring concerns and interests in respectful and non-threatening ways.
  4. Know what resources and supports are available to employers for resolving workplace conflicts.

 

Registration fees vary from community to community and are based on venue costs to deliver the workshop. These fees are determined by the communities and not by Alberta Human Services or the Calgary Regional Partnership.
